The Holm Hospital, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

The building was built, because of an Act of Parliament, between 1792 and 1796 as a "House of Industry". It may have been built to a design of George Byfield, a designer of gaols. In 1838 it became the Tewkesbury Union Workhouse. Later it became a geriatric hospital known as Holme Hospital.
