Designed in 1929 and built in 1930 for Colonel and Mrs Templar in International Modern style. This was only the third building in this country built in the international modern style.

Built in 1936 this house is derived from the Sunspan design, first exhibited at the 1934 Ideal Home Exhibition. The design was intended for builders as an alternative to the usual traditional design of house.
