St Peter's Church, Barton upon Humber, North Lincolnshire
This is a reconstruction of St Peter's Church in the Norman period. The earliest parts of the church however date back to Anglo Saxon times, the 9th century AD. They are some of the earliest and most interesting remains of Saxon architecture. The churchyard contains over 2,800 burials dating from Anglo Saxon to Victorian times.
