Orwell Bridge carries the A45 Ipswich bypass over the River Orwell at Wherstead, Suffolk. It was designed by Sir William Halcrow and Partners between 1979 and 1982.

View of the Widnes and Runcorn Transporter Bridge from the shore. It was opened in 1905 and was the largest bridge of this type ever. It was demolished after 1961 when a new high level road bridge was built.
