Goodshaw Chapel, Goodshaw, Lancashire

This is the inside of a Baptist chapel. It was built in 1760. Inside it still has a complete set of box-pews, galleries and a pulpit. This makes it an unusual survival, as most chapels have had the original box pews removed. This property is now in the care of English Heritage (2010). Find out more.
