Built in 1934 in International Modern style. This house was intended as the centrepiece of a Modernist development, however only one other house was ever built.

Built in 1936 this house is derived from the Sunspan design, first exhibited at the 1934 Ideal Home Exhibition. The design was intended for builders as an alternative to the usual traditional design of house.
