Boundary Stone, Sithney, Cornwall

This boundary stone is probably a tin bound. Tin bounds marked the boundaries of areas of land that had been claimed by someone who planned to mine the mineral below the ground. It dates from the early 19th century. It has the Roman letter P carved into the side that faces the road.
