99-105 High Street, Great Ayton, North Yorkshire
These buildings have the inscription: 'Michael Postgate built this school house in year 1704. Rebuilt 1785'. There is also a bronze plaque from 1914. It commemorates the explorer Captain Cook's attendance at the school.
