A row of shops advertised as 'Lock Up Shops to Let'. There are goods on display outside and many other advertisements. One of them is a poster for the London Palladium show 'Sky High', starring George Robey. This show ran for 309 performances in 1925. The Chiswick Empire theatre is just to the right of these shops - its 'Upper Circle' porch can just be seen. There are people on the pavement in front of the shops including a lady with a pram.
