This sales particular was created for the auction of the Hallingbury Place Estate which was held at the Chequers Hotel in Bishop's Stortford on 25th October 1923.
It includes a plan of the estate and descriptions of the estate farms, lodges, small holdings, cottages and land for sale. Some buildings are also photographed. The conditions of sale are printed near the back.
