One of a series of volumes to be produced by RCHME covering the archaeological and architectural monuments in England. This volume, split into two parts, was published in 1995 and relates to the excavations of York Minster.
The excavations were carried out between 1966 and 1973, under the leadership of Brian Hope-Taylor, Herman Ramm and Peter Phillips.
