A series of 486 items, predominantly photographic prints, showing sites around the county of East Sussex and the City of Brighton and Hove.
Some of the parishes depicted in the series include: Lewes, Battle, Herstmonceux, Hastings, Eastbourne, Rye, Bexhill, Seaford, Long Man, Alfriston, Burwash and Hartfield. There are also a large number of prints showing locations across the City of Brighton and Hove.
Additionally, there is also one print of 26 Mackenzie Street in Slough and one of Sherbourne School in Dorset, both of which are attached to the reverse of other prints, and a small number of prints of unidentified locations.
The formats include albumen prints, collotype prints, photographic and halftone postcards, carbon prints and gelatine prints.
