A series of 348 items, predominantly photographic prints, showing locations from the former county of Humberside, which now includes the non-metropolitan districts of East Yorkshire, Holderness, Kingston upon Hull, Beverley, Boothferry, Scunthorpe, Glanford, Great Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
Locations depicted in this series include the following: Beverley Minster, Minster Church of St Peter and St Paul in Howden, St Augustine's Church in Skirlaugh, All Saint's Church in Pocklington, St Augustine's Church in Hedon, St Patrick's Church in Patrington, St Mary's Church in Beverley, the Church of St Giles in Burnby, a number of sites in Kingston upon Hull, St Edith's Church in Bishop Wilton, St Michael's Church in Garton, St Mary's Church in Bridlington, the Bayle Gate in Bridlington, Thornton Abbey in Thornton Curtis and Winestead Hall in Winestead, Patrington.
