The series contains one black and white photograph. The photograph has the following caption: 'Inverted Vertical Triple Expansion Engines to indicate 2,7750 I.H.P. In course of erection. Cylinders, 26 1/2 in., 43in. and 73in. diameter for 4ft. 6in. stroke. To run 80 revolutions per minute. 180ibs. boiler pressure. for Messers. the Sun Mill Company, Limited, Oldham. Made by Scott and Hodgson, Ltd., Engineers, Guide Bridge.' The photograph was taken by G. Grundy of St. Anne's Passage, Manchester.
The photograph was acquired by the NMR in 2010.
