Description
The collection has not been fully catalogued. Photographs in this series were taken for the following clients The Architect and Building News, The Architect's Journal and also The Architectural Review. Mostly taken between the mid-1920s and the 1940s, the images frequently show recently completed buildings. Over half of the photographs were taken in Greater London with the rest taken at various locations across the country, showing subjects including offices and shops, public buildings, schools and universities, hospitals and clinics, housing, churches, theatres, cinemas and zoos.
