Description

The house dates to the 15th century and was originally a single residence. It has since been divided into three properties belonging to the Sussex Archaeological Trust, with the middle property now a museum. The building is timber-framed with plaster infill. The central house has a gabled bay, and the upper floor of nos. 8-10 is jettied.
