It has not been possible to locate the site of this window. John Icely Cohen was seconded to the 3rd Battalion East Lancashire Regiment from the Devonshire Regiment. He died of wounds on 11 August 1917 and is buried in the churchyard of St Pancras Church, Pennycross, Plymouth.
