Description

The plan has been signed by a contractor and witness. There is a note giving the dates of authorisation, commencement and completion of building and the estimated and actual cost. It is labelled a Record Plan.

The plan is undated but the signatures pre-date the commencement of building date given. The plan is similar to MP/DMH0009, with the reference notes in place of a site plan, it is presumed to be similar in date. The earliest signature is 13 Apr 1891

There are general sections through the hut and more detailed sections of the wall and roof and of the foundations. There are several alterations in pen and pencil.
