Description

Behind the pile drivers, the chimney and part of the laundry block of the former Grove Fever Hospital that occupied the site in the 1890s is visible. This would be replaced by the Cardiology Department in a later phase of building.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
