House, now 2 dwellings. Probably mid C17 with mid C18 brick front. Red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond; old plain-tile roof; massive stone end stack to left with brick flue, stone end stack to right with brick flue.

2-storey, 3-window range. Plank door to centre. C20 three-light casements with segmental brick heads to all openings except 4-light casement with segmental brick head to ground floor left. End walls are of stone uncoursed rubble.

Interior: chamfered spine beam to ground floor right. Blocked fireplace to ground floor right.
