The Swindon office is largely accessible for visitors with mobility, hearing and/or visual impairments.

Parking

Visitor parking is available, including blue badge parking bays. Please contact us for information about booking.

The spaces are at the rear of our building. There is a path to the main entrance which is around 50 metres from the parking bays.

Other visitor parking is available in the Outlet car park off Kemble Drive - £1 for up to 5 hours.

Access and facilities

We have:

  • automated entrance doors to our ground floor reception and level access to the Public Search Room and Library
  • an accessible toilet on the ground floor
  • a hearing loop in Reception and at our Enquiry Desk
